Spa & Wellness Policies
Please follow these policies for a pleasant spa experience
- • Advance reservation is recommended for spa services.
- • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the registration.
- • Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent.
- • Our spa center is open daily from 09:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- • If you have any health concerns, please inform our staff before beginning spa therapies.
Meeting Rooms & Transfer Services
Policies for meeting rooms and transportation services
- • Prior information is required for meeting room availability.
- • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in our meeting rooms.
- • Transfer services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- • Flight details must be provided for airport transfers.
- • In case of delays, our driver will wait for 30 minutes.
Room Policies

- • Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- • Room service is available between 08:00 AM and 11:30 PM.
- • The minibar is restocked daily and charges will be added to your final bill.
- • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms or indoor areas.
